During this session you will hear how DES has been addressing requests for guidance from agencies around tariffs‘ potential effects on their procurements and working to address the tariff impacts on the statewide contracts that are used by state agencies, local governments, tribes, and qualified nonprofits. We will share some of our lessons learned, current challenges, and walk through the resources we created in partnership with the Washington State Attorney General’s Office to support our teams and the agencies in addressing any tariff impacts on their own contracts and procurements.
