Director of Risk and Claims
Bryden Barbee has over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, where he has developed a diverse skill set across various roles. Beginning his career at State Farm, he was appointed to the inaugural First Line Leader Council in 2019, where he collaborated directly with executive leadership on key initiatives related to organizational change and enhancing employee morale. During his last five years at State Farm, Bryden led a team of 15 claims adjusters, gaining invaluable experience in team management and claims operations. Bryden started at the Risk Pool in 2021, he was promoted to Director of Risk & Claims in June of 2025.
