Lunch and Learn: Legislative Impacts for Procurement

Currently, Chapter members are actively engaged in implementing the recent procurement changes from 2023 legislative session, which encompass updates to the small public works roster, apprenticeship requirements, and procurement thresholds. The 2024 legislative session has further influenced procurement practices.


This session will offer a review of key 2023 legislation and highlight new legislative developments from this year that will affect procurement in the present and future. Additionally, valuable resources including training opportunities and technical support from MRSC will be presented to assist Chapter members in effectively integrating these changes within their respective agencies.
