  • Awarding agency training (L&I): Agency requirements to comply with prevailing wages for public works contracts.
  • Tax considerations for public works projects (DOR): How to scope projects to determine and track tax requirements.
  • Legislative changes impacting public works contracting (MRSC/L&I): Overview of changes to public works contracting, which include changes effective July 1, 2024 for small works roster and apprenticeship requirements.
